Hope of India (hoi) Business Centre Comes up at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi
New Delhi, India – The newly opened hoi Business Centre, located inside the prestigious Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Exhibition Centre, IICC) in New Delhi, is gaining recognition as a key hub for exhibition and business support services for Korean and international companies.
The Centre officially began operations on July 1, 2025, and on August 29, 2025, a plaque unveiling ceremony was held in partnership with the Korea Small & Medium Business Corporation (KOSME), marking its official launch in the presence of dignitaries and business leaders from both countries.
According to Lee Kyung A Kelly, the promoter of hoi Business Centre, following an official tender process by KINEXIN, hoi Business Centre was selected as the official business service hub within Yashobhoomi. Strategically located in the Grand Foyer between Hall 1 and Hall 2, the Centre offers a wide range of professional services for exhibitors and buyers.
‘hoi’ stands for “Hope of India” and “Hub of Innovation.” Its services include digital printing, scanning, courier & logistics support, interpretation & translation (Korean–English–Hindi), SIM card activation & power bank rental, Korean stationery and a variety of Korean products, meeting room booking & local business consultation, and marketing & local sourcing support.
Those present on the inaugural day included Lee Kwang-il, Chairman, Association in India; Jae Kyeong Lee, Director, Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME); Park Seong-heum, Chairman, Korean Small & Medium Enterprises Association (KOSMA); Lim Tae Han, CEO, & Rinyami, Director, BRICS INDIA TRADE PVT. She said that beyond on-site support, the hoi Business Centre is designed as a long-term platform for Korea–India business exchange. It provides practical assistance, local market insights, and opportunities for networking and partnership building, while serving as a launchpad for Korean startups and SMEs entering the Indian market.
At the recent Beauty Sum India Exhibition (August 28–30, 2025), hoi Business Centre managed the design and printing for 27 Korean exhibitors’ booths, and responded promptly to a wide range of exhibitor requests — earning strong positive feedback.
The Centre has also signed an agreement with K-Ground, enabling their products to be displayed permanently at hoi Business Centre. The Centre will further handle visitor engagement and sales on behalf of the company, supporting long-term exposure in the Indian market.
While explaining the future plans of his company, Kely said, “Moving forward, hoi Business Centre will continue to expand its role as a bridge between Korean companies and the Indian market. Upcoming initiatives include B2B networking programs, SME showcases, and startup exchange activities, positioning the Centre as a sustainable platform for deepening Korea–India economic cooperation.”
