Lancers Hosts a Vibrant Japanese Fest, Celebrating Diversity and Embracing Other Cultures
One of the highlights of the day was the presence of local community leaders and change-makers who joined as panelists and shared their unique experiences and ideas about the Japanese culture.
Gurugram, India – Lancers International School, Gurugram , is hailed as an authentic international school that not only reflects diversity but celebrates it. Trailing the same, the school celebrated its annual Japanese Fest on 11th February, 2025, bringing together students, faculty, and local Japanese community for a day of cultural exploration, enlightening conversations, exciting activities and lively performances.
This year’s event was even more special, as it was joined by several esteemed members as panelists to celebrate Japanese culture.
From the traditional song and dance performances to panel discussion, the school auditorium was transformed into a vibrant Japanese hub, offering a full spectrum of cultural experiences. After an exciting segment in the auditorium, the audience reveled in various activities like writing Japanese in calligraphy, traditional games associated to Japanese New Years, fortune slip, etc.

Make-up and Hair Artistry Professional, and Ms Andrea Stones, Executive Coach and Educator,
Stone Leadership.
The festival was a true community effort, with volunteers, local businesses, and cultural organizations all coming together to ensure its success.
