Gurugram Gets a Parisian Address: Zoe & Tapsi Launch Z&T World Homes’s Blush de Paris
Launched in September 2025, Zoe Pons Vidyarthi and Tapsi Vidyarthi’s venture turns everyday flats into immersive cultural retreats—starting with ‘Blush de Paris’ and expanding next into Moroccan and Japanese themes.
Gurugram, India: What if you could sip coffee in a Parisian café or unwind in a Moroccan riad without leaving Cyber Hub? That’s the magic Zoe Pons Vidyarthi and Tapsi Vidyarthi are weaving with Z&T World Homes, their themed accommodation venture launched in September 2025. The duo’s debut property—“Blush de Paris”—transformed a 1BHK flat in DLF City into an immersive French retreat, complete with Eiffel Tower murals, velvet furnishings, and bistro‑style kitchens that make long‑stay guests feel like locals in the City of Light.

Gurugram, a global magnet for expatriates with thousands of foreigners from 100+ countries calling it home, pulses with a cosmopolitan lifestyle where professionals from tech giants, startups, and multinationals blend cultures daily. From Korean ramen joints to French patisseries and Japanese izakayas near Cyber Hub, the city’s vibe caters to worldly tastes—yet standard hotels and Airbnbs often fall short for extended stays.
Zoe and Tapsi, who with their families had immersed themselves in Gurgaon’s expat scene for 15 years before recently shifting to Delhi, understood this gap intimately. “We knew Gurgaon’s jet‑set crowd craved authenticity amid the grind,” Zoe explains.

Zoe, a Parisian law graduate (class of 2017) from UCLA, California, who traded courtroom briefs for entrepreneurial dreams, met her Indian husband, Arnav Vidyarthi, at a 2018 themed wedding in Jim Corbett. Their cross‑cultural romance—sparked amid tiger safaris, sealed with a 2022 (proposed in 2021 in Paris) and 2023 Delhi rituals, and blessed with a 2024 baby—laid the foundation for this bold leap. Fluent in Hindi since 2017, Zoe now heads sales and marketing for Z&T, passionately pitching “a taste of Paris while working in Gurgaon” to business travellers and couples.
Her partner, Tapsi Vidyarthi—Arnav’s sister and a powerhouse with an MBA from Amity and a BE in Civil Engineering—handles property development. A sales veteran from Schneider Electric, Valvoline Cummins, Tata Motors, and Castrol India, Tapsi brings operational rigour to sourcing Parisian wallpapers, Moroccan lanterns, and Japanese futons.

Their second property, a Moroccan‑themed haven nearby, nears completion, with Japanese ryokan‑style living next. “We were very particular with the furniture design—it had to scream Parisian,” Tapsi recalls. “We worked extra hard with local carpenters through lots of hardships to get every curve and detail right, from custom armchairs to ornate headboards.”
“Furniture had to be Parisian,” she shares. “Local carpenters meant prototypes, fabric fights, reworks—hardships galore. But seeing guests light up? Worth it.”
The same meticulous touch applies to amenities: Blush de Paris offers a balcony‑equipped 1BHK with air‑conditioning, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen (utensils, coffee maker, microwave), free WiFi, private check‑in, daily housekeeping, free private parking, bathrobes, streaming services, and a work desk—ideal for couples or professionals staying weeks.
Conveniently 13 km from Delhi International Airport, it’s 3.6 km from MG Road, 11 km from WorldMark Gurgaon, and 14 km from Qutub Minar, with Lodhi Gardens and India Gate nearby. Guests rave about the “homey yet exotic” feel, perfect for Gurgaon’s transient elite seeking respite from routine stays.
Five years out, their vision spans metros like Dehradun, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad—a network of themed houses celebrating global cultures in India’s heartlands. From Zoe’s Parisian flair to Tapsi’s Indian grit, Z&T World Homes embodies resilience: two women from opposite worlds, united by family and ambition, proving that the best bridges are built one mural at a time.
