NEW DELHI/PUNE: The Indo-Japan Business Council (IJBC) would soon launch a Bilingual Expert Directory, the most extensive database of bilingual experts in Japanese and Indian languages.
IJBC of the Konnichiwa Pune fame, an annual event it has been organising to promote Indo-Japan relations since 2018, is celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of the India Japan diplomatic relations during the current year.
The launch of the IJBC Bilingual Expert Directory is part of the ongoing celebrations.
So far, more than 200 bilingual experts have registered for this directory, and the database is growing faster every day.
It will be open for the industry to hire bilingual experts from April 2022.
Siddharth Deshmukh, President, IJBC deliberated more on this project during an interview on January 26, Wednesday.
Those to be benefitted include Translator, Interpreter, Japanese Language Teacher, Bilingual Engineer, or Professional having Japanese Language Knowledge, apart from the industry looking for bilingual professionals.
