Vivekanand Arogya Kendra setting up advanced Heart Care Hospital at Rs. 20 Cr cost

Japanese companies SUZUKI Motorcycle and JTEKT India have contributed towards medical equipment and other facilities at Vivekanand Arogya Kendra under their CSR initiatives.

According to Vivekanand Tiwari, Managing Trusty, Vivekanand Arogya Kendra, being constructed at the tentative project cost of Rs. 20 Crores at a piece of land abutting the existing charitable healthcare facility Vivekanand Arogya Kendra in Sector 12A, the upcoming heart care center would have all the healthcare facilities and infrastructure consisting required for heart bypass surgeries, etc. that any big-ticket and branded hospital in metro cities of India could boast of.

The Vivekanand Arogya Kendra that was started by the Bharat Vikas Parishad Maharana Pratap Nyas in 2018 at Madhav Bhawan, is one of the leading charitable yet modern hospital in Gururgram. Vivekanand Arogya Kendra has advanced equipment

Vivekanand Tiwari said that the new medical care facility – the ultra-modern heart care hospital is being constructed at the 550-sq yard plot flanking the existing Kendra.

“This will be a 50-bedded modern heart care hospital and experienced heart care specialists would be attending patients, and conducting heart surgeries including bypass and stents implants. It will have an advanced Cath lab as well as CCU. Projected to be completed in about one year, this center will be a 5-floor facility including the basement,” Tiwari added.

Patients with cardiac arrest, unstable angina, or other heart diseases requiring prompt medical treatment are housed in this specialty ward called CCU.

The Vivekanand Arogya Kendra and is operated by Bharat Vikas Parishad Maharana Paratap Nyas, and the trust belongs to Bharat Vikas Parishad Maharana Pratap Shakha, Gurugram. Bharat Vikas Parishad was established in 1963 on the 100th birthday of Shri Swami Vivekananda ji and is registered as Society under Societies Registration Act.

26-bedded dialysis facility

The Kendra is a charitable centre providing all kinds of diagnostic services and health check-ups at prices which are much lower than the market.

According to Vivekanand Tiwari, “We are consistently serving Modern, Integrated, Multiple-specialty Diagnostic and Healthcare services at our centre which includes Digital Diagnostic Machines, Interpreted Diagnostic Records, Picture Archiving & Communication system (PACS) for storing Diagnostic Reports for future reference, Hospital Management System for Digital Archival of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), CCTV’s, Displays & Aircon Pharmacy, and General Physicians & Specialists.”

We request private and public sector companies to come forward and support this initiative under the CSR initiative,” added Tiwari.

The Rotary Lala Ram Chand Rais Cancer & Diagnostic Centre here was set up by Rotary Club of Delhi Lutyns District 3011 & Rotary Club of Karachi Darakshah District 3271 under Rotary Foundation Global Grant of Rs. 8.5 Crores.

Kendra’s activities include Doctors OPD, Dialysis, Diagnostic Services, Blood Test, Healthcare (OPD), Eye Department, E.N.T., and an ICU. The 6-bedded modern ICU is headed by the noted Dr. Shashank Shrivastava.

The Vivekanand Arogya Kendra has a team of doctors who provide consulting services.  Team of specialists also provide their services on selected days. It has 26 dialysis machines – Fresenius Model 4008S and latest technology is used for dialysis. Here Ultrasound, X-Ray, TMT, Echo, ECG, Holter, PFT and EEG are tested through latest machinery for the best results. The Kendra provides 300+ blood tests by highly skilled and experienced employees in-house. It is providing the best healthcare services for Dental & Physiotherapy, and its Eye Department is equipped with best machines. OPD and Cataract surgery are also conducted here.
