BeautySum 2025 Opens with Grandeur at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi
Heavy footfall of Korean beauty and cosmetics marks the beginning of three days of innovation, collaboration, and opportunities in the global beauty and wellness industry
New Delhi, India, August 28, 2025 – The much-anticipated BeautySum 2025 opened on a grand note at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, setting the stage for three days dedicated to beauty, wellness, and business innovation. The inaugural ceremony began with the traditional lamp-lighting ritual, symbolising wisdom, growth, and a radiant future for the international beauty and wellness sector.

The BeautySum India 2025 is being solely organised at Yashobhoomi IICC by Korea’s most prominent expo organiser company, Messe Esang. The company had also organised KOINDEX last year at the same venue, but in collaboration with Kinxin, the operating company of Yashobhoomi.
With the exhibition floor now open, BeautySum 2025 promises cutting-edge showcases in skincare, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, packaging innovation, and wellness trends. Industry professionals and visitors alike are set to explore the latest in clean beauty, sustainable solutions, and conscious consumerism, while networking with leading global brands and experts.
Running from August 28 to 30, 2025, the expo is expected to attract thousands of participants, strengthening India’s position as a rising hub for beauty and wellness in Asia.
In an interview with ACN Network, the Media Partner appointed by Messe Esang for BeautySum India 2025, the company’s CEO, Won Pyo Cho, stated that Messe Esang was bullish on India and planned big shows for the future.

“With the huge potential in India in mind, we have big plans to organise many expos here. Last year, too, we organised our first event in India – KOINDEX, but it was in collaboration with Kinexin, the Yashobhoomi operating company – an offshoot of KINTEX. However, this time, we decided to go solo and organised BeautySum India independently. And we are happy to get an excellent response,” Won Pyo Cho told ACN Network.
He said that India is a vast country where development is an ongoing phenomenon, necessitating a series of events. More than 70 Korean companies in the cosmetics industry are participating in the 3-day event.

Dignitaries, business leaders, and innovators from across the industry joined hands at the opening, reaffirming the expo’s role as a premier platform for global collaboration and trends. Among the esteemed guests were Won Pyo Cho, CEO of Messe Esang, the organizer of the event; Phil Chung, CEO of Kinexin Convention Management/Yashobhoomi Operating Company; Chul Sung Lim, Director at Invest India (MOTIE); Dohyun Kim, Managing Director of KOTRA South Asia; Yong Yoon, Chief Trade Representative of KITA; Jae Kyeong Lee, Managing Director of KOSME GBC New Delhi; Jun Tae Jung, Head of GBC Bengaluru; Sally Lee, Brand General Manager at AMOREPACIFIC; Sanjeev K. Ahuja, CEO of Asian Community News; Abrahim Lee, MD, Atomy India, and Vijay Bhardwaj, Treasurer of AIHBA.
BeautySum India, a three-day celebration that brings together beauty, wellness, and fashion enthusiasts, will feature Aoora headlining the grand musical night at Yashobhoomi. The event is expected to attract a convergence of K-pop fans, influencers, and the Indian beauty community. His performance promises to be a vibrant blend of K-pop hits, Bollywood favourites, and cross-cultural showmanship, echoing his trademark “music has no boundaries” ethos.

The BeautySum India 2025 is hosting a fan meeting featuring India’s popular K-pop influencer, Aoora, alongside over 100 micro and nano influencers. This will take place at Performance Lounge on B2C Day (Saturday), August 30, creating a vibrant atmosphere and amplifying publicity for the event.
