Ambassadors, high commissioners and senior diplomats joined the exclusive showcase at Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity, strengthening the Italian restaurant’s profile as a distinguished venue for international culinary and cultural engagement.
New Delhi: For the very first time in India, Chef Francesco Crispo brought the artistry of authentic Italian cuisine to guests at L’Osteria Bella, Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity, creating an unforgettable evening where tradition, craftsmanship and exceptional flavours came together beautifully. L’Osteria Bella is the proud recipient of the Best Italian Premium Dining Award.
Celebrating the heritage of Italy’s finest flour mills, the exclusive culinary showcase featured an exquisitely curated menu by Chef Francesco Crispo alongside Executive Chef Sumit Sabharwal. Every course reflected the authenticity of regional Italian cuisine, highlighting time-honoured techniques, premium ingredients and contemporary elegance.
The evening was graced by distinguished dignitaries and members of the diplomatic community, including H.E. Mr. Patrick Rata, High Commissioner of New Zealand; H.E. Ms. Chavanart Thangsumphan, Ambassador of Thailand; H.E. Mr. Francisco Comprés H. Rojo, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic; Mr. Davide Colombo, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Italy; Ms. Kristina Brazevic, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Lithuania; and Mr. Vianney Meynier, Trade Commissioner, Embassy of France.
