Founders Kanchan Gupta and Lovleen Dhaliwal envisioned the rally to shatter myths portraying women as timid drivers, promoting independence and road responsibility instead. Pre-event buzz built via social media, with Instagram reels and posts hyping the non-competitive format focused on confidence-building.

Gaurav Apte, Area General Manager, South West Asia, and General Manager, Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram, the hospitality partner for the rally, welcomed the participants on behalf of the hotel and team.

Experienced organizer Sanjay Kaushik handled logistics, ensuring strict adherence to traffic rules amid rising female participation in Indian motorsports.

The morning kicked off at Crowne Plaza Gurugram Sector 29 with registrations, vehicle checks, and safety briefings for the excited crowd of diverse participants. City Magistrate Sapna Yadav flagged off the convoy alongside national racer Bani Yadav, who inspired the crowd: “Women are breaking barriers and driving change with confidence and determination,” Bani Yadav declared in event coverage, urging participants to embrace their strength on the roads.

The convoy snaked through high-traffic spots like Signature Tower and Rajiv Chowk, then cruised NH-48 to NH-248A (Sohna-Alwar Road). A U-turn at Ghamroj Toll led to the finale at Mansa Grand Banquet Hall in Bhondsi, clocking about 25km without a single competitive dash.

Organizer Sanjay Kaushik emphasized during briefings: “This is about skill and responsibility, not speed—proving women excel with discipline.” Participants upheld this, turning the drive into a live tutorial on safe navigation in urban chaos.

Title sponsor Paras Hospital Gurugram, hospitality host Crowne Plaza, and venue Mansa Grand anchored the event, joined by Aristaa, O’Gardner, Paisley, Surya Ethnic, Pep Mind, Atam Enterprises, and Pixel Eyes. Boldsky amplified coverage as media partner, with their video report noting: “The rally showcased how women are confidently stepping into spaces traditionally dominated by men.”

Post-rally festivities featured trophy felicitations, games, and chats, where Sapna Yadav added: “Today we celebrate women’s confidence behind the wheel and their leadership in public life.”

This rally mirrors a surge in women-led motoring events across India, signaling shifting attitudes toward gender in driving culture. By prioritizing skill and safety, it inspired attendees to claim roads as equals—as Boldsky’s coverage summed up: “Driving is not defined by gender but by skill, responsibility, and confidence.
