The diners have a wide choice to make from various classifications such as Value Lunch Set (Veggie & Non-veggie), Small Plates, Cold Salad, Dumpling, Baked, Soups, Beijing Wraps, Boiled, Pan-Fried, Meat & Poultry, Seafood, Noodles, Tofu & Veggie and Sweet Memory with Ice creams.

Besides hard liquors, wine and beers, the beverages include mocktail, iced tea & coffee, soft beverages, and Chinese tea.

And the MUST try is the Beijing roasted duck, the free-range duck from farms. The golden brown, crispy creation originating in Nanjing’s imperial kitchen, has been one of China’s most celebrated dishes for over 300 years.

An elaborately prepared Chinese dish where the duck is coated with a honey mixture and hung until the skin is dry and hard. After that duck is roasted in a custom made oven, the skin becomes golden brown and intensely crisp. While hot, it’s carved into thin slices of skin and meat and served with thin pancakes accompanied by cucumber, scallion, and sweet bean sauce.

In all, the restaurant depicts traditional elements of a Chinese house in contemporary and opulent décor.
