Note that the Peking duck , does require about 45 minutes to be prepared , so a pre-order should do the trick. The extensive menu features a wholesome selection of steamed dumplings , the prawn and chicken dumplings are light and fresh and an excellent option to start your meal. Vegetarians are well catered to as well , the crystal vegetable dumpling and homestyle braised eggplant with bell pepper are a brilliant counterpart too.

The pan fried turnip cake with dried scallops is another staple at the restaurant , the crisp and soft textures make each savoury bite worthwhile. Dinner here every day is like a Chinese new year. The hand-pulled dan – dan noodles are exceptional, elevated to pack a punch of spice , alongside a peanut broth and Sichuan pickle. This award winning fine dining is a must visit and truly an authentic portal to Chinese cuisine . Service here is well executed and highly professional , and not too over the top. It is a great spot for diners who appreciate authentic Chinese food.
