According to Mr. Gupta, such internal competitions allow young participants to assess their progress while developing confidence and a spirit of healthy competition. They also give new members an opportunity to learn from experienced participants and pursue their fitness journey in a more structured manner.

At the conclusion of the programme, Gupta presented awards to the winners and those who delivered notable performances in the different categories. He appreciated the efforts of all 50 participants and encouraged them to work even harder in the future.
