Japan invites Indian youth to learn Japanese language and join corporate world

As the number of Japanese companies in India grow, so rise opportunities for Indian youth to join them.

The Japanese companies in India are all se to grow from the current 1441 to 2000/3000 as big projects land here in time to come, and there is going to be a huge surge in demand for the Indian youths knowing Japanese language and culture.

This was disclosed by the officials of NEC Technologies India February 8 during a presentation at the Amity University Haryana with which the former has entered into a pact to launch a joint training program in Japanese language, culture and Japanese business practices.

NEC Japanese Language Academy (NJLA), the language and intercultural training academy of NECTI, will facilitate the training program.

Under this agreement, NECTI will act as a skill development training partner of Amity School of Languages and assist the university in providing Japanese language training and skill-based knowledge training, especially for IT and mechanical engineering students of AUH.

NEC Japanese Language Academy (NJLA) is a first of its kind Corporate Initiative which brings together the best of Industry Experience and Academic Excellence under one roof. This unique Initiative will serve as a Gateway for those who want to explore various avenues in the field of Japanese and make their career in IT through our Specialized Trainings, Employment Opportunities and Placement Support.

NJLA is first of its kind academic Institute owned and managed by a Japanese Multinational and students can learn Japanese from Industry Stalwarts with outstanding academic credentials

The objective of NJLA is to fill the skill gap required in business activities between both the nations and contribute to the mutual economic growth of India and Japan by providing support for overcoming the two major impediments i.e. Language and Cultural barrier.

Since its inception in 2013, NJLA has successfully imparted these trainings to two batches at NTI’s premises, however, with the view to expand our services in the Indian market, it is now planning to cater to language needs of individuals and corporates by establishing a new NTI Academy facility, a part of NTI Services
