JIIPA to Bring 64 Japanese and Korean Buyers to UP International Trade Show 2026
Buyer delegation to engage with Uttar Pradesh exporters, manufacturers and MSMEs through B2B meetings at Greater Noida
Greater Noida, September 2026: The Japan India Industry Promotion Association (JIIPA) is set to facilitate the participation of a 64-member delegation of Japanese and Korean buyers at the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026, being held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.
The international buyer delegation is expected to provide Uttar Pradesh businesses with opportunities to connect directly with overseas buyers and explore potential avenues for trade, sourcing, investment and business partnerships.
As part of the initiative, JIIPA is facilitating B2B meetings between the visiting buyers and exporters, manufacturers, MSMEs and other business stakeholders from Uttar Pradesh. The meetings will allow participating companies to showcase their products and capabilities while gaining insights into international sourcing requirements and market opportunities.
The delegation includes buyers with diverse business and sourcing interests. Discussions are expected to cover areas such as international trade, export development, sourcing, investment, manufacturing partnerships, distribution and technology collaboration.
The participation of Japanese and Korean buyers also provides a platform for strengthening commercial connections among Japan, Korea and India. For Uttar Pradesh-based enterprises, direct engagement with international companies could support the development of new sourcing relationships and potential export opportunities.
JIIPA said the initiative forms part of its broader efforts to promote business-to-business connectivity between Indian enterprises and international markets. The association is facilitating communication between participating buyers and Indian companies with the aim of supporting business relationships beyond the trade show.
UPITS 2026 is expected to bring together businesses, industry representatives, government stakeholders and international participants, providing a platform for Uttar Pradesh enterprises to showcase their products and explore global markets.
Through the buyer–seller meetings, JIIPA aims to facilitate meaningful commercial discussions and encourage further cooperation in trade, investment, manufacturing, distribution and strategic partnerships between Indian businesses and companies from Japan and Korea.
The initiative is expected to add an international business dimension to UPITS 2026 while creating opportunities for Uttar Pradesh exporters, manufacturers and MSMEs to establish connections with potential overseas partners.
