New Delhi, India – José Muñoz, the President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), marked a memorable milestone during his first visit to India on March 4-5, 2025. His itinerary included a significant stop at JMV Motor, northern India’s largest Hyundai dealership – JMV Hyundai located in Sohna, Gurugram. This visit coincided with a special occasion for JMV Motors, as it came just a day after the dealership celebrated its 7th anniversary on March 4.

Muñoz’s visit to JMV Motors was a momentous occasion for the dealership and its team led by Chairman Harish Ghai, who humbly informed the Hyundai Motor’s President that his visit to JMV Hyundai coincided well with the 7th Anniversary celebrations of the dealership.
He toured the state-of-the-art facility, interacted with staff, and expressed his admiration for their commitment to excellence in customer service. In his address, Muñoz emphasized Hyundai’s dedication to fostering strong partnerships with its dealers and acknowledged JMV Motors as a vital part of Hyundai’s success in northern India. According to Harish Ghai, the first thing HMC president asked the staff was that they expected from Hyundai. “We humbly told him that his visit to the dealership was the biggest gift to the JMV Motor and it employees. He was very happy and impressed to see the excellent infrastruture and services we offer to our clients at this facility,” he added.
Established on March 4, 2018, JMV Motors has grown to become one of the most prominent Hyundai dealerships in the region.
