CSR Drive: DENSO Haryana Strengthens Educational Infrastructure in Gurugram, Jhajjar

Major school development initiatives launched at Naharpur-Kasan and Dadri Toye benefit over 3,300 students.

New Delhi, India – In a remarkable demonstration of corporate social responsibility, DENSO Haryana Pvt. Ltd. has undertaken two comprehensive infrastructure development projects at Government schools in Naharpur-Kasan and Dadri Toye, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to community development and educational advancement in the region.

The dual CSR initiatives, rolled out with active participation from DENSO’s senior leadership and local administrative representatives, targeted critical infrastructure upgrades at the Government Senior Secondary School, Naharpur-Kasan, and the Government Primary School, Dadri Toye and Ramgarh Dhani. These efforts are poised to benefit more than 3,300 students across both campuses.

At Government Senior Secondary School, Naharpur-Kasan, the company facilitated the construction of new classrooms, toilets, a conference room, an MS shed, boundary walls, and play areas. Drinking water facilities and essential educational resources were also provided. This expansive development, expected to impact over 3,000 students positively, was formally inaugurated in a ceremony attended by DENSO’s senior management, including Managing Director Masato Kitamae, Director Ajay Dhall, Director K. Akaba, and Vice President Mr. Pushpender, along with several other senior officials and team members.

Local dignitaries, including Naharpur Councillor Ms. Sangeeta Yadav and Village Sarpanch Shri Vijay Pal Yadav, as well as School Principal Mr. Arun Yadav, senior staff, teachers, and members of the School Management Committee, were also present. The event featured vibrant cultural performances by students and a warm welcome ceremony hosted by school authorities, adding a festive tone to the occasion.

Simultaneously, another significant initiative was carried out at Government Primary School, Dadri Toye & Ramgarh Dhani, which witnessed similar infrastructure enhancements. These included the construction of classrooms, toilets, kitchen modifications, an MS shed, boundary walls, the development of the play area, and the installation of a drinking water facility. Educational resources were also distributed to the students, aiming to create a more conducive learning environment for the 350 children studying at the school.

The inauguration of this project was graced by the presence of District Education Officer of Jhajjar, Rajesh Kumar, along with Dadri Toye Sarpanch Mr. Sunil Kumar and senior panchayat members. DENSO’s leadership team participated in full strength, reaffirming the company’s dedication to grassroots transformation.

Speaking on the occasion, members of the local communities, including parents, teachers, and village leaders, expressed heartfelt appreciation for DENSO’s initiatives. “The new facilities have drastically improved hygiene, safety, and the overall learning atmosphere at our school. We’re thankful for DENSO’s support in shaping a better future for our children,” said a school official at Naharpur-Kasan.
